When you receive the item, log into your account to update the status of the order. This is an important step that is needed in order for the seller to receive his/her earnings.
To do this, on your dashboard, click on “Orders”
In the Active Orders, find the item you have received and click on “Details”
Scroll Down to the Item and click on “Confirm Order Received”
A confirmation box will pop up. Click “OK” to confirm that the item has been received.
Note – If you have issues with the item, contact the seller before confirming.
